My freelance services include the following but not limited to. Please note  that I currently reside in St. Catharines and if travel time is needed, this can be negotiable either by mileage or by  hourly rate, if a site visit or client meeting in the  GTA is required.

 

• ADMINISTRATION SERVICES

  • Includes creating an FF&E spreadsheet of all items (finishes, fixtures, and equipment) needed to execute a project.

• SITE INSPECTION/SITE MEASURE

• ONSITE MEETINGS WITH TRADES AND OR CLIENTS

• CORRESPONDENCE WITH TRADES AND OR CLIENTS

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Including tendering projects to trades and managing all quotes

• AUTOCAD DRAWINGS

  • I am usually involved with drawings from concept to working drawings

  • I  can also convert all site measure drawings into CAD drawings.

• CREATION OF 2D RENDERINGS USING PHOTOSHOP

• CREATION OF 3D RENDERINGS USING SKETCH UP

• CREATION OF SPECIFICATION PACKAGES

  • Sample can be provided upon request

  • Includes shopping with clients as needed

  • Correspondence with trades for pricing and lead times

• PRESENTATION PREPARATION
